<p>Personal cleansing compositions, especially body washes and shampoos, are disclosed comprising surfactant, fragrance oil and less than about 7.5% non-fragrance oil, wherein the surfactant and fragrance oil form: a) a first micellar phase; and b) a second phase which rotates polarized light.</p>
