<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wind power generator capable of efficiently using generated power at a low wind speed, and collecting wind power energy at an arbitrary wind speed with high efficiency as power energy. <P>SOLUTION: Terminal voltage of an electrical double-layer capacitor 7 which stores the output power of a charging circuit and flattens output power is detected by a voltage detection means 10a. Rotational speed or wind speed of the wind power generator is detected by a means of detecting power generator rotational speed or the like 11 to adjust output current of a current adjusting circuit 9, to adjust storage voltage of the electrical double-layer capacitor 7, and to follow the wind power generator 2 up to an action point for the optimum efficiency. Besides, the input signals inputted from the voltage detection means 10a and the input signals inputted from the means 11 of detecting power generator rotational speed or the like control stop and operation of an AC/DC converter 5, the output current is adjusted and controlled so as to store the power in the electrical double-layer capacitor 7, thus efficiently taking out the energy for a wind mill at a low wind speed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
