<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively utilize recorded medical images relating to a surgery support system for supporting a surgery performed by using two or more pieces of medical equipment. <P>SOLUTION: A controller 32 comprises a data read circuit 54 for extracting surgery steps constituting a surgery based on a surgery name inputted from an input device 34 from an internal memory and reading endoscopic image data corresponding to the surgery steps from a data base storage device 35, a simulation image generation circuit 55 for arranging the read endoscopic image data in the order of the surgery steps constituting the surgery and generating surgery simulation image data, a simulation image output circuit 56 for outputting the surgery simulation image data to an operating room, and a control circuit 59 for controlling the respective circuits. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
