PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoelectric conversion module whose reliability is high by eliminating a clearance of joints between wiring conductors and thermoelectric conversion elements. SOLUTION: The thermoelectric conversion module 9 is provided with a support substrate 1, a plurality of the thermoelectric conversion elements 2 arranged on the support substrate, the wiring conductors 3 which electrically connect the thermoelectric conversion elements, and an external connector 4 electrically connected to the wiring conductors. In the module 9, a cross section shape of the wiring conductor is made into a rectangle profile or a trapezoidal shape whose upper edge of an element joint surface side is longer than the lower edge of a support substrate side.
