PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin film sheet for absorbing GHz-band high frequency waves which has little variation in absorption quantity depending on a wave incident angle, can be used as a single layer, and is light-weighted and inexpensive. SOLUTION: The high frequency wave absorbing thin film sheet is made of a mixture including heat-resistant elastic polymer consisting of epoxy resin, and heat-resistant modified polyamide-imide resin partially reacting with the epoxy resin and expanded graphite powder uniformly dispersed as a wave absorber; and has a sheet thickness in a range of 0.1-0.5 mm.
