PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steel machine part that has high breaking resistance and dimensional stability and is excellent in rolling fatigue life. SOLUTION: In the rolling bearing 10 having an outer ring 1, an inner ring 2 and a plurality of rolling elements 3, at least one member of the outer ring 1, the inner ring 2 and the rolling elements 3 lies in the range where the grain size number of austenite crystal grain exceeds 10 and has hardness of 700 Hv or more.
