PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a perfect sealing type closed loop packing structured with a corner part and a straight part in which the corner part is molded without using a core and a slit for removing the core is not provided on a back surface of the corner part. SOLUTION: Using olefinic thermoplastic elastomer as a material, semicylinder shape hollow packing in 20 mm section area width and 5 mm maximum section area height is manufactured by extrusion molding and two pieces of parts 920 mm in length and two pieces of parts 450 mm in length are cut. Then, using the olefinic thermoplastic elastomer, four pieces of parts for corner 25 mm by 25 mm having a same section area as the extrusion molded part are manufactured by injection molding, set to a mold to which end parts of respective parts are bonded and heated at about 180 to 240°C for heat sealing and the perfect sealing closed loop packing which is 2940 mm in overall length is manufactured.
