PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure capable of effectively dispersing the torsional force at a joint part of a valve stem cylinder column and a valve main body, exercising sufficient strength to torsional stress, and surely preventing the separation of the valve main body and the valve stem cylinder column with a simple structure. SOLUTION: End parts of the valve stem cylinder column and a valve stem journal part fitted to each other are provided with joint faces butted to each other to be kept into contact with each other, the joint faces are respectively provided with a recessed part and a projecting part fitted to each other, the recessed part and the projecting part have approximately vertical fitting faces having the closed shape on their cross-sections and axially extended, the fitting faces are closely kept into contact with each other, further fastening members for fastening the valve stem cylinder column and a valve rod journal part are mounted on the joint faces free from the recessed part and the projecting part, in parallel with the valve stem direction, the driving torque applied between the valve stem cylinder column and the valve rod journal part is borne by the fitting of the fitting faces of the recessed part and the projecting part, and the fastening by the fastening members to prevent the separation.
