PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sound absorption noise suppressor capable of suppressing a flow noise or an exhaust secondary noise from generating, and tuning the wide sound-deadening effect. SOLUTION: A noise absorption chamber 21 sealed with a shell 1 set to cover the periphery of the exhaust pipe 1, with which exhaust gas communicates is formed. A sound absorption material 4 is stored in the noise absorption chamber 21. An interval between the inside of the noise absorption chamber 21 and the inside of the exhaust pipe 1 is communicated with a large number of through holes 11 formed at the circumference wall of the exhaust pipe 1. A porous straightening material 3 having a predetermined thickness woven with a metallic thin line covering the circumference of the exhaust pipe 1 formed with a large number of the through holes so that exhaust gas flowed from a large number of the through holes 11 into the noise absorption chamber 21 is straightened.
