PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solidifying agent filling method, filling a bore hole extended from the horizontal direction or the horizontal plane to an inclined direction with consolidation material as the diameter is increased, and preventing the air from staying in an upper area of the enlarged-diameter bore hole. SOLUTION: Solidifying agent (e.g. soil mortar M) having low fluidity flows through a supply system formed inside, a rod 5, the side of which is provided with nozzles Na, Nb for jetting a soil cutting fluid jet, is inserted in the bore hole 2, while a fluid jet (e.g. high-pressure water jets Ja, Jb) is jetted from the nozzles Na, Nb, the bore hole 2 is cut to enlarge the diameter, and the inside of the bore hole 2 is filled with consolidation material (e.g. soil mortar M) from the tip of the rod 5. The soil cutting fluid jets Ja, Jb form an intersecting jet Jc, and the solidifying material (e.g. soil mortar M) is given lower fluidity to reach the vertical upper end part of the area cut by the intersecting jet Jc.
