PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an Ni based alloy which has sufficient high temperature strength in a high temperature composite corrosive environment where chlorination and sulfurization simultaneously occur in addition to high temperature oxidation without performing excessive cooling, surface protection or the like, and having excellent local corrosion resistance without requiring structural control by heat treatment which has been indispensable for improving its corrosion resistance. SOLUTION: The high temperature corrosion resistant Ni based heat resistant alloy has a composition comprising, by mass, 23 to 40% Cr, 5 to 15% W, 0.3 to 4% Si, 1.5 to 2.5% Al, 0.1 to 5% of at least one element selected from Ti, Zr, Hf, V, Nb and Ta, 0.1 to 0.5% C,≤2.0% Mn and≤25% Fe, and the balance Ni.
