PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable stable mounting to a vehicle body and suitable absorption noise generated inside and outside of an occupant room. SOLUTION: A foot panel 50 is comprised of an impact absorption member 30 absorbing the impact by being crush-deformed when receiving the external force accompanied by the impact strength and a sound absorbing member 40 embedded in the inside of the impact absorption member 30. Appropriate numbers of opening part 36 is provided on a front surface 30A and a back surface 30B of the impact absorption member 30, and the sound absorbing member 40 faces the outside through the opening part 36. While rigidity is secured by the impact absorption member 30 exposed to the outside, the noise generated inside and outside of the occupant room can be absorbed by the sound absorbing member 40 facing the outside through the opening part 36.
