PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning apparatus and a cleaning brush which keep cleaning efficiency by keeping the performance of combing up dust, suction force and performance of collecting the dust even when using it for a long period, and which can be used for a long time and are comparatively inexpensive by simplifying mechanism. SOLUTION: The cleaning apparatus is provided with the cleaning brush B having a rotary shaft 1 and brush bristles 2 which are provided spaced peripherally in the peripheral direction of the rotary shaft 1 nearly in a radial state in a view of the cross section of the shaft.
