<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry out an analysis using an infrared method in high accuracy, without performing additional processes even in such a state that a sample such as powder dust or the like accumulates nonuniformly in thickness on a filter. <P>SOLUTION: A sample holder 3 used for setting the filter, on which the powder dust accumulates, in a sample chamber is composed of a main body 301 and a filter retainer 302 to which the filter is fixed and which is attachable to and detachable from the main body 301. The filter 302 is mounted on a position among a prescribed number (e.g., six) of positions which are disposed in a rotative direction around the main body 301. Analyses are carried out at respective mount positions by using the infrared method, and obtained analysis results are averaged, and the averaged value is output as a final analysis result. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
