<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for forming at low cost a color material part having high accuracy in space between color patterns, the method being used for forming, by a rear exposure method, black matrixes for a color filter which has the black matrixes between the color patterns. <P>SOLUTION: A printing plate with highly positional accuracy is used in which the single printing plate 1 includes a pixel corresponding section that corresponds to all the colors of a color filter. Necessary color inks are placed onto all the printing patterns and transferred onto a color filter substrate 6 all at once. Thereafter the black matrixes 27 are formed using the rear exposure method.
