<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently perform irradiation with UV in a liquid crystal panel having a liquid crystal layer to which irradiation with UV is necessary. <P>SOLUTION: The liquid crystal panel has electrodes provided respectively at first and second substrates 1 and 6, a pixel part at each crossing point of respective electrodes, the liquid crystal layer 16 to which irradiation with UV is necessary and provided between the first and the second substrates 1 and 6, a reflection film 50 provided on the first substrate 1 and aperture parts 15 provided at the reflection film 50.
