SCREW THREAD JOINING DEVICE TO JOIN TOGETHER ENDS WITH FLARE OF TWO PIPES

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a screw thread joining device capable of simply joining together two pipe end parts and preventing undesired rotation of a pipe end part or suppressing it to a minimum during interjoining of the screw threads.

SOLUTION: In the screw thread joining device for interjoining the flare end parts 1 and 2 of two pipes, a spacer element 7 is provided at a first end part with a first certain fitting recessed part 8 to contain the end parts of the first pipe with the flares of the end parts 1 and 2 of a first pipe fitted in each other, and at a second end part with a second certain fitting recessed part 9 for containing the end parts of the other pipe with the flares of the end parts of the other pipe fitted in each other. Further, a certain fitting element is designed such that a nut 3 to contain the one pipe end part is provided and a spacer element 7 is inserted in the nut 3 in a joined state so that the flare of a pipe end contained in the nut is engaged with the certain fitting recessed parts 8 and 9 related to the spacer element 7, and the pipe end parts are fixed in a manner not to be rotated relatively with the nut.
