PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oxygen gas concentration monitoring device which can recognize visually clearly that the status of the site to be examined becomes a state of attention necessary before the concentration of oxygen gas in atmosphere to be examined drops and results in critical condition. SOLUTION: This device comprises a gas sensor which detects continually in time the concentration of oxygen gas in the atmosphere to be examined and an oxygen gas concentration indicating part which numerically indicates the concentration of oxygen gas detected by the gas sensor. In the oxygen gas concentration indicating part, when the concentration of oxygen gas is in the safety domain where the concentration is greater than a first setting concentration, the figures are indicated in green; when the concentration of oxygen gas is in the attention necessary domain where the concentration is below a first setting concentration and is greater than a second setting concentration which is smaller than the first setting concentration, the figures are indicated in orange; and when the concentration of oxygen gas is in critical domain where the concentration is below the second setting concentration, the figures are indicated in red.
