PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a robot operation data generating device capable of flexibly and speedily generating teaching data on an interactive basis. SOLUTION: The device includes a storage part 13 which stores, in the form of a database, instruction points indicating operation goal positions of a robot based upon shape data on a work, a program representing instructions for placing the robot in predetermined operation, and attribute information representing information relating to the operation, a display part 14 which relates and displays the teaching points, program, and attribute information stored in the storage part by predetermined items as choices together with item names, an input part 15 which selectively inputs choices displayed by the items at the display part, and a control part 16 which relates the teaching points, program, and attribute information stored in the storage part by the items based upon the choices selectively inputted from the input part to generate teaching data.
