PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure having excellent mechanical strength and easily built up, and a storage and infiltration facility of rainwater or the like. SOLUTION: A base part 100 of a face plate member 10 is of flat shape having two sides X1, X2 and Y1, Y2 opposedly parallel with each other. A mounting part 11 is provided at the corner part of the base body part 100, and has a mounting face 12 lower than the intersecting position of extension lines X0, Y0 of the two sides. A recessed groove 13 extends in the thickness direction of the base body part 100 in the mounting face 12. A base body part 31 of a connecting member 30 is a plate body having curved shape corresponding to the mounting face 12. Projecting parts 32 are provided at both edges of the base body part 31. The face plate members 10 are arranged facing one another with spaces P1. The face plate member 10 and the connecting member 30 are connected by the rugged fitting of the recessed groove 13 and projecting part 32. The storage and infiltration facility of rainwater or the like comprises structures 1 and a permeable layer or an impervious layer 80.
