PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a rope supporting implement, while a cylindrical body externally fitted on column main reinforcements is used as a mooring means of a safety rope or safety cable, the rope support implement is improved so as to be able to drop down the fitting part of the rope that the hoops arranged on the outer peripheral part of the column main reinforcements are more simply installed in the cylindrical body. SOLUTION: At least two engaging parts 7, 8 are set at the outer peripheral face of the cylindrical body of the rope supporting implements 5, 6 in the state that longitudinal distances are put within a range of almost 90-180 degrees at the center angle, and the upper engaging part 7 is positioned at the inside of the outer peripheral face of the column main reinforcements, and in the state that the lower engaging part 8 protrudes outwardly from the outer peripheral face of the column main reinforcements, the lower engaging part 8 is appropriately used as an engaging means of the rope. When hoops 12 are arranged in the outer peripheral part of the column main reinforcements, a required number of hoops 12 are temporarily supported and then after rope supporting implements 5, 6 are turned and the lower engaging part 8 is pulled into the inside of the outer peripheral face of the column main reinforcements, thereby, the hoop 12 is dropped below into the engaging part 8.
