PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joint structure capable of eliminating any gap in a joint of rails and facilitating the change of the rails. SOLUTION: In the joint structure fixed by butting the rails 1 and 2 against each other, the joint structure of the rails is comprised of two rail joint members 15 and 17 fixed with bolts 11 and 12 holding a web section of one rail end section, two rail joint member 16 and 18 fixed to the other rail end section in the same way and clamping bolts 19 (20) mutually tightening the rail joint members 15 and 16 (17 and 18) opposingly arranged in the longitudinal direction of each rail on both ends of the web section of the rails 1 and 2.
