PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide care trousers preventing a person even with the bent back from exposing her (his) back part, so designed as to cause no slack on its front to look smart, easy to wear and preventing the person with the bent back from taking a cold. SOLUTION: The care trousers for the person with the bent back have the following structure: a pair of right and left front body parts and a pair of right and left back body parts are sewn up on each other; a crotch part covering a part between the inside roots of the right and left thighs ranging from the belly part to the back part is provided; the waist line of the front body part is slanted so that the crotch line side of the waist line is lower than the side line side thereof by 8-14% of the 1/4 waist, and the side line side is longer than the crotch line side by 4-10% of the 1/4 waist; the waist line of the back body part is slanted so that the crotch line side is higher than the side line side by 22-31% of the 1/4 waist, and the side line side is longer than the crotch line side by 12-19%; and the crotch part of the back body part comprises a non-cut one.
