PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the exhaust treatment apparatus for a coating booth with air supply capable of preventing not only the contamination of the base of an exhaust chamber but also the lowering of the collection efficiency of coating mist caused by the occurrence of foam. SOLUTION: This exhaust treatment apparatus 11 is constituted so as not only to suck the polluted air in a coating chamber 3 into the exhaust chamber 12 but also to perform dropletting of the water allowed to fall into the exhaust chamber 12 while bringing coating mist contained in the polluted air into contact with water droplets to collect the same. The base 12a of the exhaust chamber 12 is formed as an inclined surface becoming low toward an exhaust duct 13 from a narrow flow channel 17 and a gas-liquid separation plate 20 for separating moisture from the air passed through the narrow flow channel 17 is arranged between the narrow flow channel 17 and the exhaust duct 13.
