The invention relates to the use of glycosidase inhibitors selected from compounds of general formula (1), wherein R1 represents a CH3 group, or CH2OH, R2 represents H or an alkyl group having 1-5 carbon atoms, or R1 and R2 together form a group having formula (II), with carbon in position (a) and nitrogen of formula (I) mentioned above, for the preparation of a medicament used to treat mucovisidosis.
