HEAT EXCHANGING/VENTILATING SYSTEM

A ventilating/air conditioning unit system for recovering heat from a living space with all the windows shut up while ventilating. A chamber (19) is disposed at a part (13) for partitioning the indoor space (2) from the outdoor space (3). A heat exchanger/ventilator (4) having a heat exchanging element is disposed in the partitioned indoor space (2) and connected with the chamber (19) through an adapter. The living space (1) is provided with an air inlet and an air outlet connected with the heat exchanger/ventilator (4) through an adapter respectively. An exhaust duct leading from the living space (1) to the outdoor space (3) and a supply air duct leading from the outdoor space (3) to the living space (1) are thereby constituted.
