The opening section (36D) side and bottom section (36B) side of the hollow-cylindrical member (36) are removed, then the hollow-cylindrical member (36) is curved into a shape where the intermediate section in the axial direction of the hollow-cylindrical member (36) has a projection section (26A) projecting radially outward, and as a result a shell (26) is formed. Thus, the shell (26) having no joint can be obtained.
