<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dielectric ceramic composition which is less than 10% in the absolute value of the rate of temperature change in a specific dielectric constant, excellent in dielectric strength and reliability in spite of reducing the thickness of a dielectric ceramic layer, and not more than 20% in the absolute value of the rate of change in a DC bias in spite of being ≥3,500 in dielectric constant εr, and to provide a laminated ceramic capacitor constituted by using the dielectric ceramic composition. <P>SOLUTION: The dielectric ceramic composition is expressed by composition formula: 100(Ba<SB>1-x</SB>Ca<SB>x</SB>)<SB>m</SB>TiO<SB>3</SB>+aMnO+bNb<SB>2</SB>O<SB>5</SB>+cSiO<SB>2</SB>+dRe<SB>2</SB>O<SB>3</SB>(where Re is at least one metal element selected from Y, Eu, Gd, Tb, Dy, Ho, Er, Tm, and Yb; a, b, c, and d represent molar ratios), wherein a, b, c, d, x, and m respectively satisfy 0.01≤a≤5, 0.05≤b≤2, 4≤c≤8, 0.05≤d≤2.5, 0.01≤x≤0.20, and 0.99≤m≤1.03. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
