<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metallic clip which enables an elastic part to be fitted to the back surface of a clip part by effectively utilizing a part of a material required for imparting decorative properties to the clip part; appears highly presentable in spite of its being low-priced; and is highly effective in applying the metallic clip to a writing utensil, a cosmetic article or the like, especially a sophisticated goods, in manufacturing the high class-oriented metallic clip which is formed of two members such as the clip part and the elastic part. <P>SOLUTION: In this metallic clip, attachable piece parts 2-1 of the elastic part 2 are attached, in a superposing manner, to the back surface of the clip part 1 of the metallic clip constituted of the clip part 1 and the elastic part 2 and the back surface side at both side rising edges 1-1 is fabricated by collapsing the edge faces of the back surface side inside toward the attachable piece part 2-1; and thus an anchoring part 6 for pressing both side edges of the attachable piece part 2-1 is formed so that the attachable piece part 2-1 of the elastic part 2 is anchored/retained by the anchoring part 6 on the back surface of the clip part 1 in such a state that the part 2-1 is held in between. In addition, an engagement part 5 located each at two forward/backward spots which prevents the attachable piece part 2-1 from moving forward/backward and decides its attachment position, is partially provided inside the edge faces of the both side rising edges 1-1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
