<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a privacy statement preparation support system which quickly performs the preparation of a privacy statement and is suited to the contents of a Web site without requiring much labor. <P>SOLUTION: The privacy statement preparation support system is provided with a computer 1 connected to a Web server 3 in which the contents of Web sites opened by respective enterprises are stored through a network N. The computer 1 is provided with a contents acquisition function 12 for storing extraction condition data for extracting data corresponding to the contents of each Web site to be inserted into a previously set data inserting position in pattern data which is the reference document of a privacy statement to be an explanation related to the protection of personal information from the contents of the Web site, accessing the Web server 3 on the basis of the address data of the Web site of an enterprise and acquiring the contents of the Web site, and an insertion data extraction function 13 for extracting data suited to extraction condition data from the contents as data to be inserted in the data inserting position. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
