<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automation system for batch type production process which stocks materials to one or a plurality of devices under reaction and/or non-reaction, and can efficiently produce under efficient automatic control which controls using a simple program and simple system technique batch type production process hard to make progress uniform in a conventional process. <P>SOLUTION: This system produces a selected product by registering the product manufacturing process lists group 4 of manufacturing object products to a computer beforehand; by registering to the product manufacturing process list of the manufacturing selected product 5 all of the quantitative, operative, and time changing elements, and changing elements of these combination concerning materials, process equipment and process devices as a first manufacturing process information 2 of unit manufacturing process, and all of the changing elements of replacement and addition which occurs during the progress of each unit manufacturing process as a second manufacturing process information 3 of unit manufacturing process; by communicating and/or outputting to a control unit 7 a plurality of manufacturing process operation information 6 sequential and/or parallel in time series by outputting the first manufacturing process information and comparing to the second manufacturing process information; and by making a plurality of process operation parts 8 concerning the process equipment and the process devices operate. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
