<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a burden on a worker at work in an inspection process, complete the inspection and improve quality in a cell production system in which the same worker produces products by a plurality of work processes. <P>SOLUTION: In a single cell 2 of a cell production system, a cell production quality support system 4, which is installed about a main conveyor 5, a first conveyor 6 and a second conveyor 7 for feeding parts, and part feed containers 8 for holding the parts when fed, to support an inspection of products, comprises proximity switches 10 for detecting the part feed container 8 to identify a work process, a personal computer 11 for outputting inspection data matching the work process upon the detection signal from the proximity switches, a keyboard 12 enabling an easy edit of the inspection data, an output device 13 for announcing the inspection data to a worker, and a pushbutton 14 enabling an easy switch of the inspection data to product-specific inspection data. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
