摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To apply flux to a path bar without decreasing working efficiency and reducing damage to a solar cell over a long term. <P>SOLUTION: When a solar cell P is laid in a conveyance belt 11, the solar cell P is positioned such that the solar cell P is projected from right and left end edges of the conveyance belt 11. Thereafter, by making the conveyance belt 11 move and go around, the solar cell P can be conveyed downstream. On the downstream side of the conveyance belt 11, a pair of application rollers 55 are brought into contact with each other and rotate while facing a path bar p of the solar cell P positioned by the conveyance belt 11. When the solar cell P is adsorbed to the conveyance belt 11 and conveyed, the path bar p of the solar cell P is inserted into a pair of the application rollers 55 and passed.
