PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pneumatic tire capable of heightening the block stiffness without impairing the edge component of a siping. SOLUTION: The pneumatic tire includes a block 5 where the siping 6 is provided in the tread part. The siping 6 includes an interruption siping 7 having a length (a) in the tire axial direction and the length (b) in the tire circumferential direction which are both 2 mm or less and extending from one end toward the other end in the tire axial direction of the block 5 through two or more interrupting parts 8 which interrupt the siping 6.
