PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a business-related telephone call from coming in during private time. SOLUTION: This communication terminal device 100 can perform call (communication) with other communication terminals 120 to 140 via a radio public line 110. In the communication terminal 100, a mode setting part 1063 sets a private mode which enables the call only with a communication terminal held by a person in private relation. A mode processing part 103 enables the call only with the communication terminal held by the person in private relation on the basis of set information by the mode setting part 1063 when the private mode is set.
