PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic apparatus, an information transfer apparatus, an information transfer method and a program thereof capable of making reservation of transferring information in advance and automatically transferring generated information as soon as an entity is generated, even in the case of information in which the entity has not generated in one of apparatuses. SOLUTION: Identification information of content set so as to be recorded in a predetermined storage region in a first time is stored in advance, the identification information of the content is received upon completion of recording the content recorded and set, and previously stored identification information is collated with the received identification information. When it is determined that the identification information match each other as a result of collation, the matched identification information are stored. The content corresponding to the stored information is extracted from the predetermined storage region on the basis of the identification information and transferred to a terminal.
