PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make compatible suppression of the reduction of electrostatic capacity, and turning a laminated capacitor to low inductance. SOLUTION: The laminated ceramic capacitor 10 can be divided expediently into a first laminate 11 of an upper part and a second laminate 12 of a lower part. A number of first laminates 11 and second laminates 12 are laminated to oppose inner electrodes (inner electrodes 13a, 13b), with a ceramic layer 14 interposed therebetween. The inner electrode 13a is formed of a pattern of a small electrode area and is conductively connected to a via electrode 15a of a first repetition pitch. The inner electrode 13b is formed of a pattern whose area is larger than that of the inner electrode 13a, and is conductively connected to a via electrode 15b of a second repetition pitch which is wider than the first repetition pitch. Consequently, the first laminate 11 and the second laminate 12 are made different in the size of the internal electrode area and in the degree of opposition of inner electrodes with the ceramic layer 14 interposed therebetween.
