PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature distribution visualization device for determining temperature based on a change in fluorescence due to temperature change without being affected by environments, etc. other than luminous efficiency to image two-dimensional temperature distribution at low temperatures on real time. SOLUTION: This temperature distribution visualization device comprises a means for irradiating light to an object 3 coated with a phosphor to image it by a color CCD camera 6, a means for acquiring a plurality of first images 11 to 13 obtained by color-separating imaged images, and a means for acquiring a second image 14 by obtaining an image ratio between a first image 11 of a color and a first image 12 of another color out of the plurality of obtained first images.
