PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate axial positioning at low costs while avoiding the generation of heat and energy loss. SOLUTION: A differential gear comprises an input shaft 47 of driving force, a pair of output shafts 43 and 51, a differential mechanism 27 outputting driving force input from the input shaft 47 from the output shafts 43 and 51, a differential case 5 housing the differential mechanism 27, and a support member 25 rotatably supporting the differential case 5 against a fixed member 23.
