PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction method of a jacket structural body capable of constructing the jacket structural body on the sea having the sky limitation. SOLUTION: A plurality of foundation piles 3 are installed in the area 7 of the sea, outer insertion pipes 12 forming divided jacket structural bodies 11 consisting of the jacket structural body 1 divided into the plural number in the vertical direction are inserted and installed in the foundation piles 3, the outer insertion pipes 12 are engaged with collar sections 2 put on the outer circumferences of the foundation piles 3, the outer insertion piles 12 forming the remaining divided jacket structural bodies 11 are successively inserted and installed in the foundation pipes 3, the outer insertion pipes 12 and 12 adjacently arranged up and down are connected to each other, and a space between each outer insertion pipe 12 and each foundation pile 3 is filled with a filler 4 to constitute the construction method connecting the foundation pile 3 to the jacket structural body 1.
