PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet handling device capable of increasing the loading property of sheets by a simple structure and an image forming device having the sheet handling device. SOLUTION: The displacement of a stacked sheet bundle SB can be prevented by pressing the sheet bundle SB stacked on a second sheet stacking means 421 by a sheet pressing means 422, and a sheet bundle SA can be discharged without being obstructed by the sheet pressing means 422 by moving the sheet pressing means 422 to a retracted position in conjunction with the movement of a sheet bundle discharge means 413 in the sheet discharge direction. Also, a sheet bundle rear end abutting member 418 is projected when the sheet bundle discharge means 413 is moved to a sheet bundle discharge position to abut the rear end of the sheet bundle SA on the sheet bundle rear end abutting member 418 when the sheet bundle discharge means 413 is returned.
