PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine having a winning device capable of preventing overlapping winning to a special area without newly arranging a member. SOLUTION: This game machine is provided with stopping means 32, 39 and 41 for temporarily stopping Pachinko balls S flowing in a winning space 17 and capable of discharging the stopped Pachinko balls S toward the special area 18 or a general area 19b, a driving mechanism and a rocking mechanism for making the stopping means 32, 39 and 41 to perform first operation for discharging the Pachinko balls S stopped in the stopping means 32, 39 and 41 toward the special area 18 or second operation for discharging the Pachinko balls toward the general area 19b. When the Pachinko balls S do not enter the special area 18 up to finishing respective round games, the stopping means 32, 39 and 41 are made to perform the first operation, and when the Pachinko balls S enter the special area 18 up to finishing the respective round games, the stopping means 32, 39 and 41 are made to perform the second operation.
