PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent washing costs and resources required for washing from being excessively consumed by deciding the number of cycles of bubble eliminating processing corresponding to the generation amount of bubbles in the state that the bubbles are generated inside a washing tub, sufficiently eliminating the bubbles even in the case that the amount of the bubbles is extremely large and eliminating the bubbles more simply in a short time in the case that it is less. SOLUTION: When the ratio that time h0 occupies after starting water replenishing at the prescribed point of time after starting washing process performance until reaching a prescribed water level occupies the time k0 after starting water supply before the washing process performance until the prescribed water level is reached exceeds a reference value indicating the state where the bubbles are generated inside the washing tub, the bubble eliminating processing of performing at least one or more cycles including a water discharging process, a water supplying process and a water replenishing process is performed. Then, on the basis of the ratio that the time hn after starting water replenishing in the water replenishing process until the prescribed water level is reached occupies the time k0, whether or not to end the cycle of the bubble eliminating processing is judged.
