<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and a method for installing an electric cable. <P>SOLUTION: This structure has a fixed structure and a rotatable structure which is attached rotatably to the top of the fixed structure. A fixed structure electric apparatus installed on the above fixed structure and a rotatable structure electric apparatus installed on the above rotatable structure are connected with each other by an electric cable.
