PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recording media cartridge for psychologically preventing dishonest act by surely identifying at a glance whether a case in which upper and lower cases are mainly joined by screwing had been disassembled improperly. SOLUTION: In the recording media cartridge 10 having the case 12 for accommodating recording media T in which upper and lower cases 16, 18 are joined by bringing respective peripheral walls 16A, 18A into contact mutually, a recess 47 extending over the upper and lower cases 16, 18 is formed at a peripheral wall 12A of the case 12, and a seal member 60 that cannot be adhered again extending over the upper and lower cases 16, 18 is applied into the recess 47.
