PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotating gear which does not change in the rotating range even when it interferes with an obstruction. SOLUTION: The rotating gear 1 comprises a first base 11, a second base 12 which rotates with respect to the first base 11, and which is connected to the first base 11 by an elastic means 20 so as to return to the first position, and a third base 13 which rotates with respect to the first base, being mounted by a driving means 15 to drive the third base 13 pivoting about the second base 12. When it interferes with the obstacle, the driving force of the driving means 15 can be absorbed by the rotation by the second base 12, When the obstacle is removed, the second base 12 returns to the original position to maintain the rotating range.
