PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration isolation heat insulation plate not generating noise due to vibration of an exhaust manifold and high in heat insulating effect and vibration isolation effect. SOLUTION: This vibration isolation heat insulating plate 10 is fixed to cover at least a part of a heat source with forming a gap between the same and a surface of the heat source 20 for relaxing radiation of heat from the heat source 20 fixed on a vibration source, and is provided with a vibration isolation heat insulation plate main body part 14, a collar member 11 provided with a pair of locking pieces 12, 13 positioned in an open hole 141 of the vibration isolation heat insulation plate main body part and fastened to the heat source 20 by a bolt 20, a washer member 15 having a part put between a pair of the locking pieces 12, 13 of the collar member 11 of a roughly C-shaped section shape, a connecting member 16 connecting a washer member 15 and the vibration isolation heat insulation plate main body part 14.
