PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decrease the number of form parts, and to reduce work labor for installing the form, and construction cost in constructing a form for constructing a foundation in a simplified structure such as a secondary structure like a green house or a temporary structure. SOLUTION: Plastic films 16, 20 are used as a form for placing concrete. The plastic film form 14 is formed by assembling the plastic films 16, 20 having predetermined width and length like a ring to be circular in a plane, and fixed to support piles 17, 21 provided at predetermined spaces along the peripheries of the ring-shaped plastic films 16, 20 by nails 18 or the like.
