PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent resin blend of a polycarbonate and polyesters, having high transparency and good chemical resistance. SOLUTION: This transparent resin blend of three kinds of resin components contains a first resin component comprising the polycarbonate, a second resin blend component comprising a first polyester copolymer resin which is derived from an alicyclic diol and an alicyclic dicarboxylic acid, and a third resin component comprising a second polyester polymer resin which is derived from condensation of cyclohexane diol with terephthalic acid together with an additional condensation reaction component selected from an aliphatic or aromatic diacid and diol suitable for improving the transparency of the blend, wherein the blend of the three components has a light transmittance of≥70% and an elongation percentage at break of≥40% measured after exposed to fuel C.
