PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic waste liquid treatment method which enables stable operation, reduce the residual quantity after treatment, and reduce energy consumption. SOLUTION: The organic waste liquid treatment method for mixing organic waste liquid and a conditioning material containing microorganisms for organic waste liquid fermentation and fermenting the mixture to reduce or eliminate organic substances in the organic waste liquid, has a first process for stirring the organic waste liquid and the conditioning material to obtain a fermenting mixed material, a second process for evaporating moisture from the fermenting mixed material by using its fermentation heat, and a third process for feeding the fermenting mixed material subjected to the second process as the conditioning material for the first process. In the first process, the organic waste liquid corresponding to the amount of the moisture evaporated in the second process is fed repeatedly, thereby fermentation and moisture evaporation are continued.
